Box Office Information

The Brockville Arts Centre is owned by the City of Brockville and operated by the Community Services Department, Culture and Recreation Division. The following information and rates on Box Office Services is provided for your information.

Commercial
Auditorium Rental - $790 vs 10% of ticket sales whichever is greater
Box Office Fees – 3.5% of ticket sales, 10 cents per ticket, 3.5% credit card recovery fee
Front of House Fee - $50 per show

Non-Profit Rates – (For non profit organizations with a Charitable Tax Number)
Auditorium Rental - $520 vs 10% of ticket sales whichever is greater
Box Office Fees – 3.5% of ticket sales, 10 cents per ticket, 3.5% credit card recovery fee
Front of House Fee - $50 per show

Prices do not include GST

Prices include: The use of the facility for up to 10hrs on a performance day, and the use of our house technician.
A fully staffed building including ushers, ticket takers and canteen staff

Seat Surcharge - There is a $1.50 per ticket seat surcharge added to the price of each ticket

Extra Costs: Stage Labour – Loaders - $10 per hr,
Stage hands - $15 per hr
Piano Tuning - $125 (optional)
Pit Cover Removal - $300
Merchandise Fee - $50 vs 15% of sales whichever is greater (8ft skirted table supplied)
Lobby Rental – Half Day/Receptions - $150- Full Day - $250
Board Room Rental - $130

• All tickets are a legal and binding contract between patron and Brockville Arts Centre, agent for the presenter.
• All tickets will be printed and sold exclusively by the Brockville Arts Centre at the Lessee’s expense.
• All tickets are RESERVED seating unless requested by the presenter.
• Presenters are free to set their own ticket prices. Ticket prices must include GST. The presenter is responsible for submitting GST to Revenue Canada.
• Tickets may be purchased at the Brockville Arts Centre Box Office by cash, cheque,Visa, MasterCard or Interac. Charge by phone orders (613-342-7122).
• Tickets may be exchanged within a performance - subject to seating and availability and request of presenter.
• There are NO refunds on tickets. A refund policy is posted at our box office.
• Babes-in-arms require a ticket
• Box Office Hours:
  Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.,
  Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.,
  Sunday and Holidays Closed.
• The Box Office is open an hour and a half before show time.
